I bet if it wasnt pictured with a flash, and at a different time of the day (it looks like it was taken around 12pm) it would look awesome. Best time to take exterior pictures is always dawn or dusk, and please no flash if not necessary cause it gives shitty looking subjects like that.

I concur, and particularly on a nitro finish

While I agree the photos are bad, I'm not convinced that better photos with proper lighting would really save it.

And that top looks like mahogany, not maple?

IMO, the IC looks bad, good or badly pictured, but the DCGL pics suck as hell as usual :-D

The DCGL pix suck. Shane took better pix with his. In person there is NO white haze around the wear marks. Not sure if I posted here but if I did already sorry. have not been on this forum for a while. Will be back here more. More Gear talk then the USA one and plus we in the USA just get all the LTD's and you guys get all the cool ESP's/   Here are mine:

Best sounding playing ESP I ever had. mainly due to the frets, weight and woods they choose. The cleans are sick. But ya gotta put thickies on their for say like Eflat as the frets are so easy to play if you use say like .10's on it, and play chords or at least me I go sharp a lot. So I put EB Bottom heavies and tuned it to Eflat and it is much better. I have palyed it every day at home. Also IMO the relicing looks great in person and also IMO better than Hetfields live version. His seems to just have a little wear whereas this one has lots of MOJO. JMO

Thanks yeah DCGL seems to always take pix in bright sunlight which my accent things that are not really there. Great for shiny guitars though.
