I got one of those beauty! But previously user put in an EMG pickup set. I found the guitar sound similar to my 200 euros guitar with EMG, and i want to replace it with the original. I see the SH-11 e pearly gates have not for sure the EMG power, but can they do anyway metal? And some low-tuning stuff? Thank you everyone :)

Plenty of passives with "low" output can do metal, and sustain better. It depends on your rig. Pearl Gates is a smooth '59 type pickup
